Selling: Our aim is simply to achieve the highest price possible in the shortest time frame. Our marketing strategies encourage competition and urgency in the market place and we negotiate with respect for all parties. Our communication is transparent and our advice and feedback timely and honest. Our decisions are based on fact and not opinions. We believe that there are only 2 main reasons why property doesn’t sell. Firstly, it is undermarketed or secondly, it is overpriced. If buyers truly know about the property, its features and benefits, and the price is right – it will sell. Only then will we know that we have done our job.
Buying: We leave no stone unturned in order to find the right property for you. We keep you informed and not in the dark throughout the whole negotiation process. We even return your calls and promptly too! You are not just a name on our database who receives automated emails. You are truly valued and can expect personalised service.
Renting: We manage your property as if it is our own. We believe that successful property management requires communication, effort and respect from all parties. We encourage landlords to meet their tenants and inspect their properties with us if they wish to. Our inspections are not seen as a way of checking up on the tenant but more importantly as a regular opportunity to inspect your asset from a maintenance point of view. Our tenants are always treated with respect and acknowledged for outstanding tenancy in regard to property condition and prompt rental payments.
Our aim is to help those who help others. We want to make a difference to not only our clients but the wider community. We share at least $1000 of our commission and half of our letting fee with charities and community groups because we know how valuable their work is to the world in which we live. We let you choose what is important to you and we will ensure that you gain the recognition you deserve from such generosity. Please do not ask us to discount our fee in lieu of giving it to charity because while we respect your choice and personal decision our business is based on a win/win/win model. Our commission structures are varied to suit every client’s needs and include a contribution towards preparing your property for sale. We are generous with our time and will not short cut any process. While we understand that knowledge is power, we will not be selfish and will share our market knowledge and experience to empower YOU to make informed decisions because without YOU we do not have a business.
Alone we can only achieve so much but together the sky is the limit. Our business is based on partnerships, first and foremost with our clients, secondly with associated property services (wherever possible we endeavour to support small local business), and thirdly the charities and organisations that we contribute towards. Prior to real estate, Melanie was a Speech Pathologist & involved in Disability Services. As many of us do, she had a career change and followed her passion for property and has lived and breathed real estate for over 15 years, both in the country and in the city.
She has never seen herself as a salesperson - she just helps people to realise their dreams.
Melanie has extensive knowledge of property investment & wealth creation and takes great pleasure in helping people to achieve financial security through property.

Melanie's father passed away just before his 70th birthday. His death gave Melanie a reminder of how precious and short life can be and she continually asked herself "If I could get up every day and do something what would it be?" It is very simple. We give $1000 minimum or 10% of our sales commission (whichever is greater) and 50% of the rental letting fee to the charity or group of our client’s choice. So it's a win/win/win situation for all.
